Standard Vinyls
1. Monomeric Calendered Film.   
Suitable for all interior applications and shorter term exterior use. Available in a range of 37 gloss colours with permanent adhesive, and 31 matt colours with removable adhesive.  Film thickness 80 microns.

2. Megarex.   
Good quality, economically priced monomeric calendered film. Suited to short term and promotional interior and exterior applications.  Available in 45 gloss and 2 matt colours.  Film thickness 80 microns.

5 Series.  Superior grade suitable for longer term exterior applications.

4. KPMF 500XS.

Suitable for the most demanding applications. 42 gloss and 1 matt colour.  Film thickness 53 microns.

1.  Banner Vinyl.  
Supersoft film formulated to resist plasticiser migration from banners.    20 satin finish colours. Low tack adhesive. Film thickness 70 microns.

Economy white film with grey adhesive for interior or short term exterior use where high opacity is required.   Film thickness 80 microns.

3.  Cast Blockout White.  
White cast vinyl with black adhesive to obscure existing graphics on signboards or to provide an opaque surround on illuminated light boxes.  Film thickness 53 microns.

4. Curtain Sided Vinyl. 
Semi polymeric flexible film specially formulated for use on vehicle curtain sides.   Unaffected by substrate plasticisers.  Film thickness 80 microns.

    Opal Frost - Monomeric economy film, semi-opaque. Film thickness 90 microns.

    Silver Etch - Polymeric, silver tint. Film thickness 75 microns.

6.  Heat Transfer Flock.
    Thermoweldable flock suitable for application onto T-Shirts and other textiles.
 
7. Miscellaneous
    Anti-Graffiti - Satin finish PVF film. Resists adherence of graffiti, allowing easier cleaning. Film thickness 25 microns.
      Exterior life. Long term.
    Blackboard - For blackboards or adding a blackboard section to a larger sign. Accepts chalk and some blackboard markers. Markers should be tested before use.  Film thickness 200 microns.
      Exterior Life 7 years
    Dry Wipe  - Can be used to fabricate whiteboards. Most dry wipe markers can be cleaned off the surface with a damp cloth.  Test markers before use.  Film thickness  4 mils.

8. Polish Metallics
    Gold/Silver Single Sided -   White PVC film bonded to a metallised polyester overlaminate.  Polish on top side only. Film thickness 125 microns.
      Exterior Life Interior use only
    Gold/Silver Double Sided   -  Coated polyester, with polish on both sides.   Film thickness 50 microns.
      Exterior Life Interior use only
    Copper Single Sided -   Metallised polyester polish. Film thickness 50 microns.

9. Safety and Conspicuity
    Photoluminescent  -   Self adhesive film, yellow/green in colour.  Absorbs ambient light which is then emitted in darkness so that the film glows.  Complies with PSPA requirements DIN 67510 Part 1.  Film thickness 380 microns.
      Exterior Life Weather resistant.
    Fluorescent  -  5 colours.  Will begin to fade within 3 months under extreme conditions. Film thickness 110 microns.
      Exterior Life 3-6 months.
    Economy Reflective  -   4400 Series.  White and yellow only are reflective to Class 2: Part 6: BS873: 1983.
      Exterior Life 3 years.
    Engineering Reflective -   3200 Series.  All colours are reflective to Class 2: Part 6: BS873: 1983.   Film thickness 180 microns.
      Exterior Life 7 years.
 
10. Sandblast
    Sandblast HSB-425 - Sandblast resistant rubber stencil for computer cutting. Use on wood, glass and other materials.   Film thickness 22.5 mils.
    Sandblast HSB-310 - Thinner stencil for use on glass.  Film thickness 7.5 mils.
    Sandblast HSB-135 - Thicker stencil for hand cutting.  Film thickness 32 mils.
 
11. Screen Print Films
    Ruby Film  - Ruby film on a clear acetate carrier.  Solvent free adhesive.  3 thou base.
 
12. Special Effect Vinyls
    Holographic  -  One quarter inch mosaic holographic pattern decorative effect film.
      Exterior life 1 year.
    Mother of Pearl  - Decorative pearl effect film with solvent free adhesive.  Film thickness 80 microns.
      Exterior life Interior use only.
    Carbon Fibre  - Printed film to replicate carbon fibre for vehicle or static applications.  Film thickness 3.5 mils.
      Exterior life 2 to 3 years.
    Clearview  -  Perforated removable white film with black adhesive, suitable for printing to create one way image.  Film thickness 81 microns.
      Exterior life 1 year.
    Gold Leaf  -  22 carat genuine gold leaf on a PVF carrier film.  Available in matt, swirl and reverse gloss finish.  Film thickness 1 mil
      Exterior life 10 to 14 years.
    Sterling Silver  - Sterling silver on a PVF carrier film, matt finish.  Film thickness 1 mil.
      Exterior life 10 to 14 years.
 
13. Translucent Vinyl
    Translucent - Polymeric calendered vinyl.  36 satin finish colours for application onto illuminated signs.   Solvent free adhesive.  Film thickness 80 microns.
      Exterior life 5 years.
 
14. Window Tinting Film
    Limo Black  - For application to vehicle windows.  Obscures visibility from the outside and reduces solar gain.  Black tint effect.
    Mirror Silver  - For application to vehicle windows.  Obscures visibility from the outside and reduces solar gain.  Mirror effect.
